Back-to-School Promotion Terms / Terms of the cashback of up to 20% for your next order

From 14th August to 19th October 2026, Webcartridge's "Back to School that pays you back" promotion will be available. During this period, you can get up to 20% cashback on the amount of your orders. Once the promotion ends, you'll receive a voucher for the corresponding amount to use on your next order.

The cashback percentage will depend on the amount of your purchase or, if you place several orders during the promotion, on the total accumulated amount of all of them. Once the promotion ends, you'll receive a single voucher by email for the full amount of your cashback.

Below you'll find all the information about how the promotion works, how the cashback is calculated, the terms of use of the voucher, and the policy that applies in the event of a return.

How does the promotion work?

Taking part is very simple. All you need to do is place one or more orders between 14th August and 19th October 2026. There's no need to enter any promo code or take any extra action, as the cashback will be calculated automatically.

Once the promotion ends, the corresponding cashback percentage will be calculated on the amount of your purchase or, if you've placed several orders, on the total accumulated amount of all of them. You'll then receive a single voucher by email for the full amount of your cashback, to use on a future order.

How is the cashback calculated?

The cashback percentage is calculated on the amount of your purchase or, if you place several orders during the promotion, on the total accumulated amount of all of them, without taking delivery costs or chosen production methods into account.

• 🥉 Bronze: 12% cashback on all purchases. For example, if you place an order for €30, you'll receive a €3.60 voucher to use on your next order.
• 🥈 Silver: 15% cashback once you spend over €45 across one or more orders. For example, if you place an order for €60, you'll receive a €9 voucher to use on your next order.
• 🥇 Gold: 20% cashback once you spend over €100 across one or more orders. For example, if you place an order for €120, you'll receive a €24 voucher to use on your next order. Likewise, if during the promotion you place three orders for €20, €35 and €50, your total accumulated amount will be €105 and you'll receive a single €21 voucher to use on your next order.

Which purchases count towards the cashback?

All purchases made between 14th August and 19th October 2026 count towards the accumulated amount of the promotion, regardless of the products purchased.

Delivery costs and chosen production methods are not taken into account when calculating the cashback.

Where can I use the cashback voucher?

Once the promotion ends, you'll receive a single voucher by email for the full amount of your cashback.

You'll be able to use it on both the Webcartridge website and app to buy compatible and original ink cartridges and toners, stationery supplies, black and white and colour printing, labels and till roll accessories, home and computing products, and personalisation items.

The voucher cannot be used to purchase original printing consumables or finishing options from our printing service.

When will I receive the voucher and until when can I use it?

The voucher will be sent by email once the promotion ends.

You can use it from the moment you receive it until 6th January 2027, on both the Webcartridge website and app.

Terms of use of the voucher

The voucher is for single use only and cannot be combined with other active vouchers or discounts.

If the amount of your order is lower than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance cannot be used later on and will be lost.

The voucher only applies to the value of the products and does not cover delivery costs. If your order doesn't reach the minimum amount for free delivery, or if you choose a delivery method with an extra cost, those costs must be paid separately.

What happens if I make a return?

We know you sometimes need to make changes, so here's what happens with vouchers in the event of returns:

If you haven't used the voucher yet:

• Full return: if you return the entire order, the voucher is cancelled.
• Partial return: if you only return part of it, the voucher will be adjusted to the proportional amount.

If you've already used the voucher and want to return the order that generated it:

• Full return: if you've already used the voucher and then return the original order, we'll deduct the value of the voucher from the amount to be refunded.
• Partial return: in this case, the proportional part of the voucher already used will also be deducted.

If you want to return the order on which you used the voucher:

If you return an order on which you redeemed a voucher, you'll lose the amount of that voucher, whether it's a partial or full return.

What if I want to return both orders - the one that generated the voucher and the one on which I used it?

We'll process both returns separately, applying the conditions explained above to each case.
