Guide on how to change the ink cartridges of the HP Officejet 5744

If the time has come to replace the cartridges of your HP Officejet 5744, here you will find all the information you need to do it correctly. Follow the following steps one by one and in order, and you'll see how easy it is!

Turn on the printer.
Open the cartridge access door.
Wait for the carriage to stop moving.
Gently press the cartridge you want to replace downwards and pull it up to remove it.
Take the new ink cartridge out of the package very carefully.
Remove the protective plastic tape and any other protective materials.
Hold the ink cartridge by its sides, insert it into the corresponding slot, and push it until it fits correctly.
Install the cartridge in its corresponding slot. To do this, match the color of the cartridge label with the color of the slot on the printer carriage.
Repeat this process if you need to change any other cartridges.
Finally, put the cartridge access door back in its initial position, and you're done.
